Another reason to get attached to Surebeans
File attachments are here
The dream of no clutter
If you, like me, dutifully retain receipts, invoices, statements, medical bills, and other documents of fiduciary consequence, then you know how quickly they accumulate and clutter your life. You constantly find them scattered in various places and states of archival: they litter your home, phone camera roll, computer hard drive, and online cloud storage. Locating a receipt is a search-and-rescue operation. When your spouse wants to return something they bought at Home Depot two months ago, you become Indiana Jones and embark on an archaeological expedition to uncover the lost secrets of ancient times.
Find things when you need to
You can call off the expedition. Surebeans just gained file attachments, which makes locating receipts more like a kids' game of Marco Polo: they actually shout back when you ask them to.
To find that receipt your spouse asked for, type "home" into the Search box. All your Home Depot trips appear in a tidy list, each with its attached receipt(s).
Drop it like it's hot
To attach a file, you drop it onto a record:
Or open the attachment dialog:
and drop it there.
You can also click the + button and pick the file.
The dialog displays images and text.

For other file types, click the open button to view the file in its associated app.
Stay unsassy with Surebeans
As always, Surebeans is un-SaaS (software as a service). There's no subscription, and it works offline. You can search your receipts on an airplane, a deserted island, or in a deep-sea submersible.
Even though you only pay once, Surebeans keeps getting better. How rare is that these days? Buy Surebeans now
